I have posted new class dates through the end of March. There will be a free talk and demonstration, currently scheduled for Feb. 13. This will be a brief introduction to what Golden Shield Qigong is and what are some of the benefits of the practice.
Classes are open to anyone interested and enrollment is ongoing, so even if you can not make the talk, you can show up at class anytime and see it for your self.

New Location for Classes Found!
Classes will be held at HealthQuest upstairs from the Center for Natural Medicine, Inc. at 1330 SE 39th Ave. just north of Hawthorne. Classes will continue to be on Wednesday night but will be at 7:15pm from now on instead of 7pm. All are welcome.
